Do Let’s Balloon only do big jobs?
Absolutely not! Let’s Balloon love to deliver and decorate both large & small parties and events. No minimum order value, means we can service both small & large orders.
Where do you deliver?
Let’s Balloon is based in Milton Keynes. As we are a home based business we are able to cover the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Birmingham & London area and through our network experienced balloon decorators we can offer services throughout the UK.
How far in advance should I order?
There is no time like the present! We recommend that you order as early as possible. For large events, we recommend having your order in three to six months before the event. For delivery orders, a couple of days may be alright; but, it all depends on our schedule. It is to your advantage to book as early as possible so you have one less thing to worry about. A deposit must accompany your order to make it officially confirmed on our schedule.
Why not save the date?
If you have a date in mind, but are not sure of the detail. Why not save the date… Our Save The Date service, allows you to a small deposit to book your date in our diary. You can then finalise your colour scheme, theme or even your venue, knowing Let’s Balloon will be available for your wedding or special event.
Can we meet with a Balloon Artist face to face?
Let’s Balloon is pleased to offer free consultations and we can meet at your venue.
What are your payment terms?
Usually a fifty percent deposit is requested upon ordering balloon decorations. The balance is due four weeks before your event. Custom and delivery orders are charged in full at the time you order. Let’s Balloons may sometimes take purchase orders or bill Clients; however, this may not be done on your first order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Let’s Balloon will consider special circumstances when possible. However, your fifty percent deposit is considered a non-refundable retainer which is used to purchase supplies and to secure our balloon artists for your event. If you believe that your special circumstances merit a partial refund, you may make a written request to Let’s Balloon. Any partial refunds will be awarded at the sole discretion of Let’s Balloon.
Do you donate balloons for charitable causes?
Yes! When our schedule allows it, we may donate balloons. Your charity organization or school may also be eligible for a discount. Please contact us for further information.
Can I make a secure payment on line?
Yes! You may make a payment via PayPal by using your major credit card or PayPal account. Please wait until after you have a copy of your order from Let’s Balloon before you make a payment.
